Eligibility

The program is open to applicants who meet the criteria published for the current cohort. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to submit it.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or unlawful content, or impersonate another person or entity;
• upload content that infringes the rights of others or that you are not authorised to share;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Portal, disrupt its operation, or circumvent its security controls.

Applications and evaluation

• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Applications are assessed by the program committee against the published criteria, and decisions are at SDC's discretion.
• The number of ideas you may submit is limited per cohort, as configured for that cohort.
• Once submitted, an application can no longer be edited; contact the Qimam team if a change is needed.

Intellectual property

• You retain ownership of the idea and business content you submit. You grant SDC and the program a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and evaluate that content for the purposes of operating and assessing the program.
• The Portal, its content, trademarks and branding are owned by SDC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Privacy

Your use of the Portal is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is processed.

Availability

The Portal is provided on an "as is" basis for the duration of the program. We may update, suspend or withdraw features, or interrupt access for maintenance, without prior notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SDC and Star are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Portal. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Personal Data Protection Law or other applicable Saudi law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.

Changes and contact

These terms are published by Star as technical operator on behalf of Soudah Development Company (SDC). Any amendment will be recorded here with its date. For questions about these terms, contact us through the Portal's support channel.
